The shareholders of Logward, a leading provider of AI-powered supply chain execution solutions, have signed an agreement to sell the company to Shippeo, the Paris-based global leader in real-time multimodal transportation visibility.
The acquisition brings together Shippeo’s trusted, SLA-backed visibility platform and Logward’s advanced workflow automation capabilities, enabling supply chain teams to transform real-time transportation data into automated, actionable insights.
By integrating visibility, execution workflows, and automation within a single platform, customers can detect disruptions earlier, reduce manual processes, enhance collaboration, and make more informed operational decisions.
The transaction further advances Shippeo’s vision of autonomous supply chain execution, empowering organizations to respond more quickly and confidently to supply chain challenges. Companies such as Evonik have already demonstrated the value of combining transport visibility with execution workflows to improve responsiveness, coordination, and overall supply chain performance.
The acquisition includes Logward GmbH & Co. KG and its operations in Hamburg, Germany, and Bangalore, India, encompassing a team of more than 80 employees across Europe and India.
