Ethica Group (Italy) advised Clessidra Private Equity on the sale of 40% of Harmont & Blaine to Bassotto 2.0

Ethica Group, with the M&A Advisory team, assisted Clessidra in the sale of 40% of Harmont & Blaine to Bassotto 2.0, an investment vehicle set up and led by Riccardo Bruno, constituted by different private investors.

Harmont & Blaine is the Italian company – distinguished by the iconic Bassotto brand – that produces and distributes high-end smart upper-casual clothing for the premium segment of the market.

Having entered the capital of Harmont & Blaine eight years ago, Clessidra contributed to the development of the company and the expansion of the brand on international markets. The objective of the new governance – which evisages Paolo Montefusco, historic stylist of the brand and representative of the founding partners, take on the role of CEO, and Riccardo Bruno the role of President – is to resume the path of enhancing the brand with a particular attention to its origins and with a future strategy.
