Singhi Advisors acted as an exclusive financial & strategic advisor in the acquisition of Koeleman India Pvt Ltd, a private label manufacturer of processed fruits & vegetables, by OFB Tech Pvt Ltd (OfBusiness), a USD 10 Bn valued startup which provides tech enabled platform to sell industrial goods.
OFB Tech Pvt Ltd, a privately held unicorn startup, valued at USD 10 Bn and invested by globally reputed funds like Softbank, Tiger Global, Norwest, Zodius & Matrix Partners has entered into an agreement to acquire 100% stake in Bengaluru based Koeleman India Pvt Ltd, an 100% subsidiary of Netherland headquartered Koeleman Foods International B.V. The transaction will help the parent entity to exit from its non-core business vertical.
Through this acquisition, OFB will get access to State-of-the Art processing unit of Koeleman India, long term customers and professional management team. This transaction enables OFB’s entry into processed food segment.
