Novish

During its 1st full year, it became clear very quickly that the opportunities for Novish are significant. The market for plant based products is growing rapidly and it is only just starting for seafood alternatives. Therefore, it was necessary to seek investment in order to fully capitalize on these opportunities. The QSR Platform (Kharis Capital) has been the main subscriber of the 1st funding round of Novish. QSRP is a quick-service restaurant platform under the umbrella of Kharis Capital. It currently controls 1,000 restaurants over four brands (Burger King, Quick, O’Tacos, Nordsee) in seven key countries including Italy, Belgium, Luxemburg, France and Poland.
