Centricity24 Group has acquired Flexz Solutions from Hanab.
Flexz Solutions organizes management of external professionals for clients in the construction, installation and industrial sectors.
In recent years, FLEXZ Solutions has developed into a specialised broker for external workforce solutions for major technical organisations. The company combines personal service with in-depth knowledge of the market and the processes surrounding external workforce engagement. This specialisation is a key reason why Centricity24 Group has decided to add FLEXZ Solutions to its group.
The combined group processes more than €150 million annually and operates from multiple locations across the Netherlands.
Through this acquisition Centricity24 Group becomes the leading Dutch service platform for management of self-employed professionals with combined turnover exceeding EUR 150m and complements its existing SaaS-software offering for self-employed professionals, vendor- and subcontractor management (Lance Free) with broker activities (Flexz).
With this acquisition, Centricity24 Group strengthens its position in the external workforce market and takes an important step toward its ambition of becoming the specialist in external workforce solutions for the construction, engineering and industrial sectors.
