Montminy & Co. acted as advisor to StackNexus in its sale to Cloud for Good, with financial backing from Tailwind Capital and Salesforce Ventures.
Cloud for Good, a Salesforce consulting partner focused on education, nonprofits and financial services, has acquired StackNexus, a Salesforce consultancy specializing in state and local government agencies.
The acquisition strengthens Cloud for Good’s public sector capabilities by adding StackNexus’ expertise in solutions such as citizen engagement, licensing, permitting, inspections and grants management. Cloud for Good plans to combine these capabilities with its existing Salesforce expertise to better serve government clients across North America.
The move aligns with Cloud for Good’s broader growth strategy, following its acquisition of EMS Consulting earlier in 2026 and continued investments in Salesforce technologies like Agentforce and Data Cloud. StackNexus will operate under the Cloud for Good brand and existing client support will remain unchanged.
Company leaders said the acquisition will help state and local governments modernize services, improve data visibility, and deliver better experiences for residents.
