The Company is a one-stop shop for Southwest based sunscreen retailers and contractors as a source of materials and manufactured products. The Company also has one of the most complete offerings and largest inventories of architectural shade cloth to be found anywhere in the Southwest and is a top supplier to awning shops and tensioned shade fabricators.
By leveraging considerable purchasing power and a robust existing inventory of sunscreen, exterior roller shade, and shade fabrics for both residential and commercial applications, Shade is able to ship product at wholesale prices across the continental United States. This allows the Company to service a high volume of customers, efficiently and with minimal overhead, providing healthy gross margins and continued growth.
The company has been acquired by private equity firm Salt Creek Capital.
