This marks Singhi Advisors’ hashtag#4th transaction with Birlanu Limited, reinforcing a strong and trusted relationship and hashtag#7th transaction in the Building Materials and hashtag#2nd in the Construction Chemicals segment within the past year.
This acquisition of Clean Coats with an extensive and technologically advanced product profile, approved certifications, and high profitability, is a strategic step towards BirlaNu’s vision to solidify its fast-growing Coatings and Construction chemicals space, adding new capacities, technical capabilities and expanding its product portfolio across high-performance coatings, food-grade epoxy, PU flooring & wall coatings, waterproofing and diverse construction chemicals products.
